GrassRoots has added the G-STREAM-Miku -SNOW MIKU Edition- to its lineup, a signature model developed around the Snow Miku (Hatsune Miku) theme.
In 2023, the EDWARDS Platinum E-STREAM-Miku-Custom -SNOW MIKU Edition- was released as a limited-production model. By contrast, the G-STREAM-Miku -SNOW MIKU Edition- is introduced as a regular catalog product.
G-STREAM-Miku -SNOW MIKU Edition-
This model expands the Snow Miku concept into the GrassRoots range as a standard offering. While maintaining the established visual direction, it differs in positioning from the previous EDWARDS Platinum edition, which was limited in availability.
The base structure follows the existing G-STREAM-Miku design platform.
Electronics Configuration
The pickup layout has been revised to an SSH configuration.
Two GS-1G single-coil pickups are installed in the neck and middle positions, with a GH-1G humbucker at the bridge. The control system consists of a master volume, master tone, and a five-way lever pickup selector.
This configuration allows access to standard single-coil tones as well as bridge-position humbucker output, within a simplified control layout.
Finish Design
The visual concept centers on a SNOW MIKU finish.
The body uses a white base reminiscent of snow, combined with blue accents. The color arrangement reflects the winter motif associated with Snow Miku while maintaining a clean and modern aesthetic.
